Pilots stunned as they spot mysterious Tic-Tac shaped UFO while flying over USA

Two pilots were left stunned after spotting a mysterious Tic-Tac-shaped UFO while flying in the US. The incident occurred on August 16, when two private jet pilots were flying over Ohio. According to the pilots, they spotted a mysterious Tic-Tac-shaped object when their plane was about to enter a thunderstorm.

The pilots shared their narration of the incident with the National UFO Reporting Center on Monday, October 26. According to an investigator’s report, the unidentified object’s surface was silver and highly reflective, like polished metal. One of the pilots involved in the incident was mentioned as “Pilot J.” According to the report, Pilot J described the UAP as pill-shaped. Pilot J noted that the mysterious object was uniform with no creases or tapering at the bottom.

The pilots added that the UFO was “oriented vertically and appeared to have a metallic surface without seams or any flight control appendages.” The incident happened when the pilots were flying their private jet at 41,000 feet. According to their statement, the mysterious object was on their left before it disappeared.

Despite an investigation, no satisfactory answer has emerged about what the UFO might have been. As a result, plenty of conspiracy theories have spread online, keeping netizens hooked on their screens.

Did the pilots in question mistake a balloon for a Tic-Tac-shaped UFO?

While the two pilots claimed to have seen a Tic-Tac-shaped UFO flying over Ohio, an interesting detail is that the mysterious object was not detected by FAA radar or picked up on the aircraft’s traffic collision avoidance system. According to the National UFO Reporting Center, this means the mysterious object spotted by the pilot 41,000 feet above the ground could very well have been a balloon.

However, the National UFO Reporting Center does not seem to accept the theory entirely. According to NUFORC, they have not found any information about balloon launches that could lead to such an event. NUFORC’s report also contained a statement that seemed to disprove the balloon theory. The statement read:

Coupled with the witness’s estimate that the object was at least 30 feet in height and uniformly shaped without tapering at the top or bottom, it presents some challenges to the balloon theory.

The August 16 appearance of this Tic-Tac-shaped object is not the only UFO spotting incident this year. According to the latest batch of government files on UFOs released on October 23, two senior military officials spotted mysterious black triangle objects this year.
